The breakfast options were genuinely good.

The room cleanliness was significantly lacking, with visible stains and a bad odor.

The hotel had comfortable location not far from the location,many buses connected with anywhere in Hongkong,there and the pub and good local shopping areas. The beds were comfortable, the room was good sized in spacious. The staff members were really helpful and suggested local places

The location is ideal, nestled near shops and attractions. The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point. Check-in was chaotic, with unclear lines and staff displaying poor attitudes toward guests. The first room was outdated, with a broken mirror, though an upgrade was provided afterward. Breakfast options weren't worth the cost when numerous local cafes are nearby, offering better choices.

The conceierge staff were very helpful and efficient. The staff at the check-in attended to my birthday. She was friendly.

A spacious room with friendly staff was good, but the cleanliness of the facilities left a lot to be desired. Despite the low price, the outdated infrastructure and questionable maintenance overshadowed the positives. It's a mixed bag that may appeal to some but certainly needs significant improvements.

The staff in the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful and solved my concern promptly. Besides, the room rate for such a four-star hotel is very fair considered the service and facilities it provides. The room is spacious for single occupy and the decoration inside is modern. Just steps away you can easily find restaurants and corner shops which is very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would like to come back again.

Exceptionally nice location short walk to good restaurants and good foods and traffic, the cruise terminal and Star ferries, quick check-in. Satisfactory breakfast with various food choice.

Staying at regal was great. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the mong kok mtr. I really appreciated the smooth check-in process, especially after my late arrival. The room was cozy, and getting an upgrade was a lovely surprise!

Hotel upgrade the room for me, its so great as it has more space. Room is very comfort, location is convenience if you can take public transport as bus or mini bus. Not near by mtr station. :-(

If it can provide shuttle bus to mtr station, that would be perfect
